20ft CONTAINER
The legal cargo weight limit for a 20ft container in Japan is of 21,500 kg. We may load engines, suspensions, body parts, half cuts and also used cars. For configuring properly the container load, we divide into 9 blocks the container. The characteristics of this container size are as follow.
It is the ideal size of container to load engines, being able to load from 70 to 80 engines depending the size of those. If there are many engines with long transmission (FR), the total amount of engines will decrease.
In a 20ft container, we may load from 1 to 4 half cuts and the rest of parts corresponding to the vehicles. Of course, we may fulfill the left space with other parts.We may load also complete cars knocked down, being able to load till 8-10 vehicles in a 20ft container.

40ft CONTAINER
The legal cargo weight limit for a 40ft container in Japan is of 26,000 kg. It is the ideal container for loading car parts. The characteristics of this container size are as follow.

Engines container
We are able to load from 100 to 110 engines. There will be many empty space, but unfortunately we may not load more engine because the weight limit. We strongly recommend fulfilling the empty space with light parts such doors, bumpers or nose cuts.
It is the ideal size for loading half cut because in a 40ft HC we have height to load 3 half cuts one under the other. We may load till 12 half cuts and the rest of parts corresponding to the vehicles. We may load also complete cars knocked down, being able to load till 18-20 vehicles in a 40ft container.
For a good loading, we fulfill first floor with engines and heavy parts such as suspensions. On the next floors we may load parts, nose cuts or also half cuts.
Tested Used Engines And Parts
Gmbh Tire Continental developed its own standard named to evaluate the quality of used engines. The test uses a five-level assessment for six items including compression, overheating and mileage etc. Since the quality of used engines evaluated by this standard is clear, CLIENTS around the WORLD can purchase without worrying.

FAQs
MOQ is a 20ft container which can contain 70 – 75 engines. If you wish to order a single engine, for instance, unfortunately the cost of sending it would be, sometimes, more expensive than the engine cost.
All our engines have the transmission and rest of the parts such as compressor, dynamo, computer etc… We can take out the transmissions without any problem. We are not selling transmissions separately.
We take between one month to complete your order.
We are testing all our engines, so it is really rare to find a problem in our engines. Despite this, our quality test has some limitations and it is possible that we couldn’t detect a problem. In that case, we accept to negotiate a proper compensation within one month after the container reaches its destination.
Of course, we have pictures of all our engines. Easily you will be able to confirm that the engine corresponds to your demand.
We are only using Thai Baht and Japanese yen. For the payment methods, we have Bank transfer, T/T, Credit Card, PayPal, MoneyGram.
